Youth Programs
Youth Ministry for grades 6-12 at First Congregational Church of Dundee is one of the most exciting and evolving programs we have. We have a long history of ministering to youth both in our church and in our community. Our youth have participated in many outreach programs and service projects over the years and we are constantly looking to expand our influence in the greater community.

Here's our Director of Youth Ministries, Chad Coe, to tell you a little bit about himself and the programs here at FCC.
Hello All,
For those of you whom I have not had the opportunity to meet and get to know, I want to introduce myself. My name is Chad Coe and I am the Directory of Youth Ministries (grades 6-12) at FCC. I have grown up in the ministry of the United Church of Christ and have been active at First Congregational Church in Crystal Lake since 1990 (the big white church under the water tower ... or across Route 14 from Taco Bell, which ever one works for you). Since that time, I have sung in every choir, played handbells since junior high and served on several committees and ministries, including the search committee for the new Associate Minister of Children, Youth and Families. I majored in psychology with a minor in music at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater after a year at Castleton State College in
My vision for this program is a simple one; create an environment and a fellowship that is welcoming to all, consciously active and always growing! I see a strong and active youth program as one of the best ways to get the word out about church. A church that actively supports and encourages the youth programs and the youth within those programs can only succeed. That is a church that will grow, flourish and serve as a beacon in the community. I have already seen that First Congregational Church of Dundee is that church. I look forward to providing my leadership and passion to this already strong program and take it forward into the future.
We have many exciting programs, both old and new, and are looking to add more and more. Come check us out sometime whether you are a member of FCC or not. ALL are welcome!!
